Co-founder and Managing Partner of The Lake Park Hua Hin, Nicha is the creative visionary behind the project. With over 16 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, she has cultivated deep expertise in Hua Hin markets. Nicha is not only responsible for the overall concept and design of The Lake Park but also takes the lead in material selection, marketing, and sales. Her passion for creating harmonious living spaces shines through every element of the project. She is also the founder of Hua Hin Vacations, a real estate agency established in 2014.
Moritz Nicolai Sticher
Co-founder of The Lake Park Hua Hin, Moritz plays a pivotal role in strategic planning, project financing, and ensuring the project’s seamless execution. With a background in international project development and Renewable Energy, Moritz brings over 16 years of experience to The Lake Park. His role involves project management, overseeing legal and accounting matters, contractor selection, and financial planning. Moritz holds an MBA with distinction from Thunderbird, School of Global Management, and dual degrees in optoelectronics and photonics.
