Nicha: I originally studied tourism and hospitality in Hua Hin but found the related work not interesting and already during my studies started to work in real estate. Once graduated I started working full-time in real estate and ended up founding Hua Hin Vacations, a real estate agency in 2014.

Moritz: My professional career has been centered mostly around solar energy since my background is in optoelectronic engineering and business administration. I have developed and constructed many utility-scale and commercial/industrial solar projects here in Thailand and over the ASEAN region and due to my children growing up in Hua Hin recently shifted focus to a more local lifestyle.

The idea for The Lake Park Hua Hin was inspired by its founder's passion for creating real estate concepts and the desire to create something new and different to change Hua Hin's appearance towards a first class residence.

We believe there is an underserved market segment for such property in Hua Hin. Existing luxury projects in Hua Hin often mix different price segments in one project attracting different kind of buyers not mixing well living together in one project. As of now there is no luxury project in Hua Hin featuring a design theme for all villas, but instead custom designs are used.

This concept including customization elements can be closely compared to building your individal house. Hence, building a showhouse not in line with customer requests, takes the opportunity from the customer incorporating own design wishes into the building and garden. Since we have committed significant funds into the project development, we believe our sincereness is beyond question.

Since it is only 7 villas and due to its unique character, we expect the project to be sold out very quickly. We will build the project in 1 phase only so the complete project will finish at the same time.

We as The Lake Park Hua Hin will remain owner of the common land and will provide comprehensive maintenance services for the residents’ properties and the common area.
